Description, Duties, Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving profile registrations, Sales revenue and gross margin target for self and team. Provide business vision and leadership for the assigned center. Develop a complete understanding of organizational structure, customer requirements, competitor activity, the developing markets, sales penetration, goals through successful development and implementation of sales strategies and tactical plans. Assist in the annual sales budgeting process to develop comprehensive region sales plans including appropriate actions required to ensure achievement of division's growth targets.
