Responsible for achieving profile registrations, Sales revenue and gross margin target for self and team. Provide business vision and leadership for the assigned center. Develop a complete understanding of organizational structure, customer requirements, competitor activity, the developing markets, sales penetration, goals through successful development and implementation of sales strategies and tactical plans. Assist in the annual sales budgeting process to develop comprehensive region sales plans including appropriate actions required to ensure achievement of division's growth targets.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-
 
* Should have telesales experience to carry out Supervision calls.
* Should have proper knowledge on Microsoft Excel and should have proper knowledge on report generation.
* Resolve customer issues by attending to escalated cases
* Train up new candidates for business
*  Achieve allotted target and show incremental performance
* Refresher training to team on regular basis
* Maintain all kinds of allotted report and send it daily basis to reporting authority.
*Plan, Participate, monitor, follow-up marketing and other promotional activities as per sales strategy for the allocated customers / area & end customers/ user.
