Job Description:We are in search of a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong background in React.js development to lead our dynamic team. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements. Develop and implement effective project management strategies, including Agile methodologies. Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of React.js developers. Stay abreast of the latest React.js trends, tools, and technologies. Collaborate with the development team to address technical challenges and ensure code quality. Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing solutions. Ensure effective communication with clients on project timelines, milestones, and technical aspects. Identify opportunities for technical innovation and improvement. Team Management: Manage a team of React.js developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance assessments, provide feedback, and support professional development. Facilitate knowledge sharing and skills enhancement within the team. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager in React.js development projects. Extensive knowledge of React.js and related technologies. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
