Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.

  • Customer Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills and the ability to close sales over the phone.
  • Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
