Conducting telephonic Interviews and short-listing potential candidates.
Coordinating personal interviews with managers & departmental heads.
Reference check of new joiners.
Ensure that the offer letter gets mailed to the candidates before joining, & follow up with candidate for joining post offer
Making new entries for new entrants.
Ensure that the Appointment Letter is been handed over to the candidates on time.
On boarding & Induction of new joiners.
MIS and Database Management
Preparing MIS i.e. Manpower Requisition Details, Open Positions, Status
Maintaining reports such as interview status, Closed Positions and positions in Pipeline etc.
Preparation of Daily/Weekly and Monthly recruitment reports.
Maintaining proper database, to ensure 100% accuracy
