Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and engage with new clients to expand the customer base.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Business Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Set ambitious but achievable revenue targets and work towards their attainment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
- Forecast sales targets and report regularly on progress to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Networking and Industry Engagement:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Build a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a successful track record.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
