Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches. Security guards may need to provide first aid, alert emergency services, and guide people to safety.
Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to visitors, employees, or customers. This can include giving directions, answering questions, and providing a visible presence to enhance feelings of safety.
Report Writing: Document incidents, observations, and activities in written reports. This documentation is often used for legal and administrative purposes.
Enforce Rules and Regulations: Ensure that individuals on the premises comply with rules and regulations. This may include enforcing parking regulations, smoking policies, or other specific guidelines set by the employer.
