Global City Hospital and Trauma Center is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing comprehensive women's health services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director - Gynecologist to lead our Women's Health Department.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:
- Provide high-quality gynecological care to patients, staying abreast of the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Gynecology Department, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Women's Health Department in alignment with the organization's overall goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive initiatives for departmental growth and enhancement of services.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of skilled Gynecologists, Nurses, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment, promoting professional development and continuous learning.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Implement and oversee protocols for the continuous improvement of clinical services.
Community Engagement:
- Act as a key representative of the Women's Health Department in the community, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote women's health awareness.
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Proven experience as a Gynecologist with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.
- Current state medical license.
