• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and specifications, including ASNT, ASTM, and aerospace-specific NDT requirements.
• Proficiency in interpreting and evaluating radiographs to identify defects and discontinuities.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with NDT equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance.
• Prior experience in an aerospace or titanium casting environment is highly desirable
