We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our medical equipment sales team.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the medical equipment division.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare institutions, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their medical equipment needs.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in medical equipment.
  • Ensure that the sales team is well-trained on the features and benefits of the company's product portfolio.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Budget Management:

  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the sales budget for the medical equipment division.
  • Ensure that sales activities are aligned with budgetary constraints and financial goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide input to product development teams based on market feedback and customer requirements.

Compliance:

  • Ensure that all sales activities and practices comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in medical equipment sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
